I wasn't invited to the party

Last week I came by the house on my way back to work (after a lovely meeting Rogersville for our new reading series--AHH!!) and as I approached the house I wondered who was having a party...There were 6 cars in our driveway/yard. When I saw the dump truck, I had it all figured out, but was unaware that this was the day they were going to roof our house.














Thanks to a recent storm the shingles were blown off our house on the back, so we had to put a new roof on, a little sooner than we expected.

We think the new roof looks nice.. . even if I wasn't invited to the party.
