No news is good news....

I know it has been ages since I posted, but I am still waiting for my camera to come back to me. Many lessons have been learned from having my camera serviced. One good thing, I had a picture of it and what it looked like when I sent it away. Perhaps I have also learned that Circuit City may not be the best company to deal with, but that is another story that I won't trouble you with.

Since my last post, not a lot has changed. One good thing....Fall semester at ETSU is OVER! WOO WOO!!!! Maybe now I can be more normal and post regularly. One thing I learned this semester is that my mind doesn't think like an experimental researcher. I found that course most challenging.

Thanksgiving was a wonderful time of being with our family. On Wednesday before turkey day Grace and I had our check up at Dr. Gillenwater's office...I am sad to report that we do indeed have two wiggly teeth. How could that have happened? Can she be old enough? Ok, I know she is....but I don't want her growing up so fast!!! Then we headed over to Bob's to surprise him by hanging his Christmas wreaths, which makes his home look so very nice! On Thursday, we enjoyed a yummilicious (its a Gracie word) at Poppa Bob's. Friday Emma G woke up at 4:30, and since I had to be upright, I convinced Rob to go out shopping. An experience to say the least. Thank goodness for the dvd player in the car. Rob sat in the car with the girls while I ran and out of Wal-mart and stood in the never ending line at Target! Then on to Jeff city to see Nana, Granddaddy and Meemaw. Saturday was the day I attended my class reunion which in itself was an adventure.

Concerning the girls, which is probably why most of you are looking at this blog....Emma Grace has started Upward Cheerleading, is reading more and more words, and is convinced that the gifts under our tree are all for her Daddy. I am not sure where she got that info, but I am not going to change that thought process just yet.

Maggie is still talking more and more. She is quite independent and enjoys using the gifts under the tree as stacking blocks, more recently she has used them as chairs.
